Shipping:
All consignments are sent trough POST DENMARK (The Danish Postal
Services) (Link:
http://www.post.dk/contentfull.dk?lang=en )- and to their tariffs.
All consignments up to 2,0 kg are send as "MAXI Letter" - this means very cheap shipping rates - but also that there are no possibility of "Track & Track" - and no insurance of the shipment. We take a photograph of all shipments up to 2,0 kg and e-mail it to you for documentation.

Consignments weighing more then 2,0 kg are sent as parcels. The shipment will then be insured - and there is a possibility of using track and trace (tracing of
parcels).
All consignments will be send within 24 hours after receiving your payment - unless you have been otherwise informed.
All consignments are send EX Works - Pinpartshop.coms warehouse - meaning buyer bears all cost and risk of sending the goods.
Returns:
PINPARTSHOP.COM offer 14 days return right as long at the goods are returned in
the same condition as received.
Only the cost of the goods will be returned – not the shipping cost to and from
the costumer.
After receiving and controlling the goods – we will ask you for your bank
account number to be able to return your cost. If your bank charges money for
us to return the cost – you will be obliged to pay these costs.

Warranty:
PINPARTSHOP.COM offers 24 month right to claim compensation for defective
product. This means that you as a customer can complain about errors and
shortcomings in the product which has arisen 24 months following the purchase.
It is essential that these deficiencies are not arisen as a result of your
erroneous use of the product or another damaging behaviour was has led to the
error in the product.
You must advertise us within reasonable time after having noticed the error in
the product via e-mail: info@pinpartshop.com
